Ringling-Barnum Circus 1941 #7 / The Yacopi Troupe

So in summation things havn't changed that much. The man who took his family to the circus wanted a bang for his buck, didn't plan on being enlightened or uplifted, wanted his kids to have a good time, wouldn't mind seeing a little cheesecake himself and even tho they had no intermissions in those days, he would have heard the announcer say "Now you have seen something!".

With all this showing practice and accomplishment, stars like the Yacopis left the mechanic in the barn. In the Feld era, safety cables glitter in the spotlights every time a performer turns over.
