Richard Reynolds says - -

I well recall Ardelty in 1940, 41 and 42. She was one of my all time favorite aerialists. And I recall that trademark head stand - -even from that long ago. She was the first female aerialist that drew my attention. I used to tell my little sister about her and she was captivated when she first saw her in '42.
