Post Cards #1

I have overlooked these pictures for thirty years since they were only about 2" square. Now with the ability to enlarge them I remember they were taken at the Ringling Park to be placed on post cards. They are really not all that clear. The elephant of course is "Anna May".

Yep - he can scan, he can even enlarge photos. Still need to show him how to color correct images.

One other nice thing you can do digitally is remove dust & scratches that show up when you blow up an image.

For those interested I'm about to change the layout of the site. Here's a pic of what it may look like. BLOG Version 3.0!

Shannon I don't know how much flexibility Blogger gives you, but in v 3.0 could you see if the enhancements will work with Mozilla as well as IE? Things like recent comments don't load under the gecko engines in Mozilla and Netscape, nor in Opera. (Haven't checked Safari.) With the constant security issues associated with Internet Explorer I imagine that more and more people will migrate to Mozilla.

Great job on v 3.0. You do nice work.

The "Recent Comments" is a JAVA hack. When I make the change over to V 3.0 - I will do what I can for cross compatability - I have a hidden stat counter on the site as right now the last 100 vitiors...

Perc. Browser Name Version
85 85.00% MSIE 6.0
10 10.00% Firefox 1.0.7
2 2.00% Firefox 1.5
1 1.00% Netscape 7.2
1 1.00% Safari 1.2
1 1.00% MSIE 5.5

I will do my best - and the colors on that jpg - I don't know, the actual color is TAN - for some reason screen capture turned it into a pink/beige color. Go figure

I think these kinds of pictures are what make those a/r females so crazy. They would give their eye teeth to be able to wear sequin boots instead of tennis shoes.
