Frankie Suluto


This is a post card that at first glance appeared to be an item that the Ringling Show had cranked out, but on the back it states "A brilliant performer, favorite of both young and old, Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey's famous Midget clown, Frankie Suluto, will appear in the Shrine Circus this year." So he must have had it printed himself.

I played Kelly Miller seasons with Shorty and Peggy Silvester. They were the only small people I knew. Not a bit funny outside the tent. Complaining all the time. Nice couple once you got to know them. That was not an easy thing to do.
