This is the dullest picture I have ever seen of Barbara. She still makes the rest of us look sick. I once copyed a leopard skin costume she made. In speck some little kid hollered Hey Tarzan at me. Did nothing for my ego. There is only one Barbara.
Barbara is beautful. She sure wasn't sore on the eyes!
Barbara looks like an angel. She sure can light up the room. Does anyone know her email address?
This is the day to remember 1963 was Clyde Beatty's last full season. My brief time with him, in 1964, was cut short by the onset of his cancer. His valiant return in early 1965 ended after only a few dates. Barbara Woodcock shares the top of the bill with circus women for the quality known as rare beauty--along with Ernestine Clarke Baer, Pinito Del Oro, Jean Evans, Mickey King and Harriett Beatty, just to name my favorites. Roger Smith
This is what I get for daydreaming about circus beauties, and almost losing track--I'm gonna be in hot water if I don't add one unforgettable lady, the indelible Blonde Bombshell of the Sawdust Trail, nobody else but Gee Gee Engesser. And now, back to my daydreams. Roger Smith
Beatty and Barbara rumored to have thing for each other. I don't know if there was any proof to that rumour but thought if you have an insight on it it's open to discussion.
