I would guess this shot as late '30s, early '40s. "Your All-Time Hit Parade" may have been a short. Frances Langford starred in 1937's YOUR HIT PARADE, and people CHIC'S and my age remember the 1950-'57 TV series by that name.

Note the big-size popcorn @ R, for a quarter. Gone are the days.
