I happen to be inconveniently

up in Washington DC where much

of the city has been fortified

like the worst wartime film set

Much of the core & many roads

& bridges have been closed in

advance of Wenesday's events

I just spoke with my regular

taxi driver to check on next

Tuesday morning's pick up

The news media is suggesting

that more closures might be

in the planning stages

The whole shebang is great

for a number of fencing &

baricade companies nearby

Several layers of fences

from 7 to 12 feet high &

topped with concertina

razor wire like a Gulag

Boy did I pick bad dates

20 thousand National Guard

troops will surround fenced

areas & all Federal offices

& monuments to provide help

to the MANY local & state

police forces
