Continental circuses all benefitted from pride in their appearance on the lot. History reminds us our stateside shows missed this example. Think how white picket fences would have flashed up the Beatty show, King Bros., Sells & Gray. and the Hugo shows.

think it would have been before they

were red lighted from the prop truck

(maybe 2nd or 3rd town)
