June Travis and Robert Livingston in a still from the 1937 Republic film CIRCUS GIRL. The wardrobe is for Livingston’s “Suicide Act” where he performs without a net over a steel arena filled with lions. (I'd like to see the Great Sebastian try that one!)
Mr. Livingston was also among The Lone Ranger actors.
We recall when Pio Nock took a buster from his high wire into Wolfgang Holzmair's arena of lions. That banged him up, but Wolfgang saved him from the lions.

Shows us how little Hollywood knows of circus, when somebody really, really needed to show June and Robert how to style their hands.
