Karl Wallenda was the Grand Marshall

of our Sarasota King Neptune Parade

This Parade however was likely

to have been in the late 60s

I also can't recall when the

Hall Of Fame shut down but it

was a source of winter work

for many a performer

The Circus Hall of Fame closed in Sarasota in 1980. The Peru group bought the collection in 1985.

Just in case someone sees this and has no idea what they are looking at, this is the Sig Sautelle Band Chariot. It was built by the Sullivan and Eagle wagon works in Peru, IN. in 1887.
