Mr. Lee that may well be Raynell...Look on the far right and that looks like billing for Ginger Lee (who was her sister). For those who may be interested, Raynell's maiden name was Lorow.....and the family had a circus background. Raynell was way ahead of her time and produced some of the finest girl shows of the day. I was fortunate to see her reviews when she produced for Cetlin & Wilson Railroad Carnival. She featured Sally Rand in 1957 on her show and Sally Rand packed the tent. Not many had the slightest thought in those days, that society would change, with x-rated movies, Adult book stores, ....and women on the Midway who were exposing more than the girl shows allowed. All of these factors led to the demise of the Girl Shows. Glad I was able to see the backend shows back in the day...

For clarification: According to Al Stencells book "Girl Show" Raynell had a sister who was a girl show dancer, who was billed as Ginger Rae. Sometimes, in billing, words were interchanged so wanted to throw that out there. Definitely, Raynell on the Mic either way.
