I believe this is 1931. Note the tall sliding board in the backgroud. That was for the daredevil stunt of Orland Mara. He would dive headlong onto it while she rode his back.
In the foreground a pitchman is selling a postcard folder. I have a copy. It features photos of the 1930 show.

Well known Kelty photo taken in Brooklyn in 1931. This photo has been cropped and the Ringling script has been taken off the right side. You can google " Kelty Ringling 1931 " and you should be able to find a view of it. p.j.holmes

Kind of amusing how many ushers and concession guys knew where the camera was, as did at least two patrons, seek looking @ Lower L and R.
