In 2002, I worked an episode of CROSSING JORDAN, shooting on Skid Row, not so far from Washington & Hill. At wrap, I drove over to the old site, and can testify, as Chris points out, that other than the Mode O' Day building, nothing whatsoever remains to suggest circuses were ever there.
