Insurance industry has more say so with the safety issue then the show. Kids can't work in most businesses now until they are 21. Just about killed all the voc-tech programs in the high schools as the kids can't work in shops, car dealerships, etc. The only kids that can work in most shops under the age of 21 have to be the owner's children or grandchildren because of the insurance industry. (Federal labor law is 18, but most insurance liability polices won't let you hire anyone under the age of 21 if you are regarded hazardous in anyway.) So we now have generations of people who don't know how to work or run a business because they didn't get any mentoring by a business person.
