Third from the left is RBBB Press Agent Jack Ryan who wrote the first program for the Feld era and coined the phrase, "May All Your Days Be Circus Days". The rest is history.

Dear Jack, I was reading the comments people were making about Arnie Bramow, and I must say that I agree with you. I worked for Ringling Bros. Combined Shows in the late '70 and early '80 (7 years) at the home office of Foxhall Square. I was a graphic designer and did layout design for all the shows at that time. Arnie hired me to design the Barnum Program for the Broadway show. It was behind schedule, so I worked the entire weekend to complete the program. He rewarded me well and was kind and gracious. It is very sad, the turn his life took. I had heard he was held up coming out of a club in Georgetown. They wanted his diamond ring, but he refused to give it up. It's all just material things and we can't take it with us. If only he had known.
