Looking at the ammo cages, this maybe 1953 or 1954.
These were painted Ringling Red from 1949 to 1952.
Then a light blue in 1953 and 1954.
In 1955 the color is changed again to a dark green.

I had never seen a color photo of these cages painted blue, and this color is a Federal Blue and not a light blue. This paint may have faded over the season to a lighter blue and the reason it was reported a light blue.
