#17 Circus Friends

This was in connection with the CHS convention in Nyack, NY in 2004. Scene is the cemetery in Somers NY in front of the tomb of one of the early menagerists from that area.
Kneeling is Ken Kawata. Standing on left are two chaps whose names I cannot recall. That's Old Whitey in a headlock by Zebedee Macomber, best known as the preeminate circus historian, the late Stuart Thayer. Richard Reynolds is standing, wearing the vest. On the right standing are Gene Mascioli and Robert West (arms folded). There too is Bill Slout who just passed away.
