#2 From Brad Timberlake

The second photo (with the dog included) did not have any notations related to the year or the elephant pictured, but I am assuming it could be the same elephant a year or two later – dad looks like he may be a little older than the other photo.

From Buckles:
I well remember when we all trouped together with Big Bob Stevens' Robbins Bros. Circus in 1949.
My father worked the elephant act that Mack MacDonald had trained several years earlier "Christy", Carrie", "Babe" and "Shirley" an act later owned by Oscar Cristiani.
This is "Shirley" named after Big Bob's daughter.

Hi Brad,
Thanks for the photos of Jimmy,
I sure miss your Fisher Bros Circus as it played my area for many years and your Timberlake family were real troupers and great to us fans.
And Mel and his stories and he wanted to be a cowboy.
And your Dad brought King tusk to my front yard and my neighbors loved it.
Many memories of the circus the way it was.
