This is the 3 strip or 3 films going through the Technicolor camera at one time that used to produce the most beautiful color movies ever. A very complex process but well worth it for what you saw on the screen. With the sound blimp it weighted 600 pounds. If this picture was in color you could see the camera was a baby blue in color. The lenses were Taylor hobson cook made in England and sharp as a tack. We can thank Technicolor for all those great Technicolor movies we see on TCM channel.
