The January 1942 issue of POPULAR SCIENCE magazine had plans for building a miniature circus winter quarters for Dumbo’s Circus. Included were plans for making the various buildings, cage wagons, props, etc. and also for making miniature animal and human figures to populate the winter quarters once it was built.
