Aunt Ruby used to work with Alice. She would let Alice carry her by the waist.
I don't recall seeing anyone else do that. The knee hang and head hang are the
ones I've seen. I think the head hang was very dangerous tho. Virginia Neal
did that in 1947 on Mills Bros.

Hi Myrna,
sure miss the days when Fisher Bros Circus was touring the country with all the Silverlakes.
It used to play around my area of Texas and you all were great to us circus fans.
I have many memories of all the good times and what a great performance and the show was all painted up and posters all over the area.
Mel did his cowboy rope spinning act and much more.
A great family circus for the small towns of America.
All my best to you and thanks for taking care of Jimmy in his last days.
