Brighthouse Promotion!

Please join me in congratulating Shannon Woodcock on his recent acceptance of the PAC Supervisor position. Shannon has been with BHN for 9 years in the Technical Care Center (formerly known as ABS). He started in the department as an agent and was a telecommuter for much of that time. After becoming a Lead in TCC he came back into the building. He is known for creating a good rapport with his coworkers. He also has a “whatever it takes” mentality for helping out both agents and customers. In addition, Shannon has developed multiple tools that have improved the efficiency of the TCC Supervisors.
We are still working out an official start date and hope to have him fully on board soon.
Congratulations Shannon and welcome to the team!!!

Well, he was brought up a show kid.
He is no stranger to hard work and challenging situations.
It's great to see that his present employer recognizes his contribution to the success of the company.

Great going Shannon.

(Do you miss those 6 pack weekends and then load out Sunday night?)

Congratulations, Shaz. Like Mike says, you have the right attitude (you had good role models growing up and in your first "job") Glad to see that Brighthouse recognizes you contribution.

My wife's company has Brighthouse Telcom (in Altamonte Springs) and she thinks you might have helped clear up a service issue when they moved their office a year ago. She was very impressed with the service. Way to go!

When you're this great, it's good to see the right people know it. Congratulations to you for this advancement, and to Brighthouse for making the right move.
