Stealing a title from some show
on TV "That Was The Year That Was
Actually "The 2nd Year That Was"
Forgot this was the Rodeo Route
Hard to believe that it was 34
years ago
Great circus guy, Jack Joycecoined the phrase Rodeo route. The second of two seasons for each units show did play the smaller towns and did not have the PR of the first year to be sure. Tightening of the budget was noticed by those who were aware. But in those days all of Irvin's shows were top drawer. Too bad its not the case anymore.

Its always great to see photos of the FRONT of the bulls...
I mostly recognize them from the "back!"
(LOL)

Does anyone know how early the
term "bull" became synonymous
with either sex of performing or
exhibited elephants
All I can say is I sure Miss them days!!
