Found This on the internet. This is from the old Howdy Doody kids TV show, early 1950. Looks the the bull tub might say Hunt Bros. Circus.

known as "The Merry Mailman" was

also "Clarabell" the clown (shown)

Bob Keeshan was "Kaptain Kangaroo"

Ray Heatherton was the Merry Mailman
