I seem to recall that in 66 Elvin

was billed as "Melvor" (not sure)

I first met Elvin on James Bros., in '69. I don't know when he first perfected the heel-and-toe trap act, but he was a sensation that year for sure.

I saw him do the heel catch 2 times and I was never able to watch it again. It scared the crap out of me.
