They used blue qrt poles (41') to hang lights on and used the flags to cover them up with. Also see single trap and web hanging from them. Couldn't blow the photo up to see the reason for the red side poles along the back? Maybe sidewall would be put up?
It looks like there is no overhead lighting for the Wallenda's.
