Hello Mr Woodcock,

I hope all is well by you. I was in Norway last week to visit the Circuses Arnardo and Merano. Here
are some pictures of these great shows Animal acts. One Elephant on each show both named « Baby ».

Adriana Folco in back on Cirkus Merano with her good looking Asian female. She
also presents six arabian horses leased to the Swedish Cirkus Olympia. Her son Amedeo works with four bactrian camels
in a dynamic presentation. As far as I know Baby was at the time of my visit the only Elephant living above the Arctic
Circle in Europe. It was a great experience to travel with the Show using ferry boats between some dates. Cirkus Merano
mostly plays one day cities and is an exemple of perfect organisation in a rough country for a traveling company.

Incredible that everything should be spotted so perfectly for a one day stand.
I wasn't aware that Norway is north of the Arctic Circle.
Like Charlie Gray says, "Six months of good skiing and six months of bad skiing."

Speaking of one elephant acts, The episode of "Movin On" featuring Anna Mae, Miss Barbara and Ben will be shown on RTV (on Brighhouse Central Florida Channel 463)a syndicated programming choice. It will be this Tuesday afternoon, 2 PM eastern here in the state. My DVR is set to record, I want to introduce my wife to Anna Mae, Barbara and Ben, even in this show.

Actually the Arctic Circle crosses the county of Nordland in the upper part of Norway. The country counts about 50 000 islands in the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea, the Norwegian Sea and the Barents Sea. The famous North Cape (northernmost point of Europe) is situated on the Island of Mageroya. Norway is the less populated european country after Iceland but Circuses do very well. Sweden, Finland and Russia have borders with Norway.

Vincent,
Thank you for that. I am half Norwegian(keep it to yourself, Jimmy Cole) on my dam side, German on my sire side. I have never been to the beautiful country, but my mother and a brother went back 4 years ago.
