From Ryan Easley:

Buckles,
Can you tell us what became of the Smart elephant 'Rosie?'

From Buckles:
Rex Williams was involved with Lion Country Safari down in Miami and they needed some ride elephants so in Jan. of 1975 we traded them "Manja" and "Rosie" for two young males "Vance" and "Major".
Rex used his truck for the transfer.

No that'a Ben.
The number would vary, when we took this herd on the Blue Show in 1978 we had 22.

When you took this herd to the Blue Show in 1978, did another herd replace them at Circus World?

They did a publicity stunt out front in the parking lot with my herd and Axel's herd doing long mounts heading into each other.
At the conclusion of which, Axel's elephants entered the park and we continued on down the highway and loaded up into the awaiting Blue Show bull cars.
