#117 elephant dept wagon and tent at top of photo, water wagon filling menagerie dept water buckets and pails. Wagon #109 was the menagerie dept wagon. Note the darker color of the water wagon from earlier years when they where gray/silver. I think these short water wagons bottom halfs (less the tanks) were used in later years around wq in the elephant dept as these square tank water wagons were built in the early 30's and were somewhat new when they were taken off the road. p.j.
