To Jimmy Hall

Jimmy Cole took this picture at the Meridian, Miss. Fairgrounds in 1967.
He was with the Herriott Circus unit out of Bababoo that had played the fair, they then layed over to await the arrival of the Beatty show that played the same lot a few days later.
I was traveling East with the Polack Show and having been alerted by John, camped on the lot also which enabled Jimmy to immortalize the three of us on celuloid.

Junping ahead 44 years I saw my Doctor today for the first time since the operation and while examining the incision both he and his Nurse were in absolute awe.

Thanks for this shot.
I am not sure if you had posted this shot on the blog before. I however do recall seeing it when I visited your house with Bobby Gibbs when we flew down for your induction into the circle in Sarasota.I guess thats been a while.

Let's all let down the mystery and share all the vile, lurid, personal details of our surgeries with each other.

It's your blog, Buckles. You first.

Roger you sound like 1 of our

old ladies on the porch of 1 of

our thousands of old age homes

Unless surgery is the result of

a show related incident it isn't

blog worthy (so it seems)
