This is the Kelly-Miller quarters in Hugo during the winter of 1949-50. Fred Logan, John Carroll, Robert Jones, Alonzo Dever, Mickey Kelly and Bill Woodcock. My dad brought Lonzo in to handle the four elephants D.R. was sending out with the newly farmed Cole & Walters Circus. Unfortunately he died on the lot while the show was on tour and replaced by his helper, a kid named Wally Ross.
