 Not the best view in the world but this does show the latter-day Beatty bandstand after the base of the original bandstand wagon was used elsewhere by Concello. Here we see Mr Mullins and the cally have been moved to the top tier and you can see that the seated musicians at right are on the next lowest level. You can make out the tunnel or chute at the bottom but I'm not sure if it is under or beside the bandstand. Chuck: Didn't Ray Aguilar have the band that year?  |
