Anyone know what building this might be?

It's Ringling in what looks like an older arena???

The top steep nose bleed seats look familiar.
Joel Osteen owns it now and the Houston Rockets played there.

the summit had a unique seating color pattern that varied the shades of red,brown, rust, tan
the thought process behind the seating was it would help dress the house when business was light.
my best guess is this might be greensboro n.c.
