This horse looks more like a Welsh or Irish Cobb
much more common as tinker horses as opposed to the much larger "Vanners"
another large and sometimes larger horse of the black & white draft horse of that area are known as "Drums" or "Drum Horses". They are bred and used mainly for hauling parade drums
