This is quite obviously Sells-Floto #20 3 arch den. It was built, along with about 2 dozen other 2 and 3 arched dens by Cap Curtis in Peru. It was on Sells-Floto thru 1932 and was then assigned to Hagenbeck-Wallace. It was renumbered as #31 on the HW show. It is presumed to have been burned in Peru in 1941. Looks like a cage nwagon with the air vents on the side.
It is John. It's one of the Cap Curtis built cages, three of which exist at Circus World Museum.
