Probably 1906 or so, when the series of photographs was taken.

I have this photo with a 1906 date. This is thought to have been the old Ringling giraffe wagon with the open top. CWM built a replica for the Milwaukee parade.

RB sent it to F-S when they built up the show after gaining the half interest from Bailey. They had the job of managing it.

Obviouly the head would have been down inside when the wagon was on the train.
