Baraboo is about a 120-mile drive from the lakefront lot where Barne-Floto with RBBB Features appeared in 1938. One could have taken a C&NW train from the burg to Milwaukee, where the big C&NW station was literally across the tracks from the lot. The daub gives some idea as to how far out circus paper was posted to build the audience.
Correction---the paper was for the Madison date, only about an hour's drive, one could still go by rail in 1938. The 1938 "merged" show did play Milwaukee, though, as seen in photos by C. P. Fox.
