Scan13095, originally uploaded by bucklesw1. Hello Buckles, The fine people of Hugo are hard at work making the Circus City Museum and Park a reality. The original plan was to renovate the house which stands on one of the lots for the museum. The board has now decided to dismantle it and have purpose-built buildings, per the attached drawing. As a fund-raiser, the Museum will be holding its first annual “International Red Nose Café” night in Hugo. The plan is to serve dishes from around the world that are favorites of circus people, particularly if the recipe has a story or special significance to it. We would be very grateful if you would post this.
