Buckles: Attached find picture of Fred D. Pfening, Jr. and Ward Hall taken on Monday, 2 August, while Ward was in town for the Ohio State Fair. I brought Ward out to the nursing home where dad is rehabing his busted hip, and we spent an hour and a half jackpotting. Needless to say, a good time was had by all. Just back from a Circusless week in Vermont (except for a very short quote from Calvin Coolidge on a plaque) and delighted to see this photo of two of the dearest souls to ever set foot on sawdust. God Bless you gentlemen and thank you both so much for so much.
