The back wheels of these two wagons would turn when the front wheels did making it very easy to do the sharp turns at ends of hippodrome track. Very nice engineering.
Are you sure it was these wagons that had the coupled steering as I recall it was later that they obtained the running gear from some airport baggage equipment

No that is "Targa" with false tusks portraying "Jumbo".

Yes they are.
Buckles is 100% right. Targa with false tusks playing the role of Jumbo.
