Look real close as this is a 3 ring and 2 stages, so a 6 pole tent.

1st I had counted 5 but wrote 4

Then upon enlarging the image I

can see all 6 poles which makes

sense of it

If I am right these are for the old time statue posing acts they had back then.
If you look good there is another one pulled up even more than the first one.
