On enlargement I see "Ostrich Farm" on the side of the cart.
I remember from my days in school in Hot Springs both an Ostrich
Farm and an Alligator Farm out on Whittington Ave.

Great London and Barnum & London advertising materials depict ostrich hitches, as well as a pair of giraffes drawing a parade chariot.

How about South Pasadena, CA?
There are several post cards from CA which show ostriches, both riden and in hitches.
