Bill Bernard

"The name above was all my dad wrote on this post card but it now comes to me that he used to swap pictures with a fan named Bernard.

Be that as it may, today's cat trainers don't quite have yesterday's flair!

The Colonel likely dealt with Bob Bernard and may have secured prints from dealer Charles Bernard.

Thanks for sharing this link, but unfortunately it seems to be down... Does anybody have a mirror or another source? Please reply to my post if you do!

I would appreciate if a staff member here at bucklesw.blogspot.com could post it.

Thanks,
Peter

Hi there,
Just thinking this may be my grandfather W. K. Bernard (William) as he notified the authorities after WW1 that he was changing address (in 1921)to Longfellow Zoological Gardens. He later worked as chief trainer to Clyde Beatty.
Who knows?
