Flooding forces circus to cancel Flagler shows By KATHY KELLY , Staff writer March 23, 2010 12:05 AM Posted in PALM COAST -- Today's performance of the Cole Bros. Circus here has been canceled because of flooding on the showgrounds, a circus spokesman said Monday. Continuing rainfall left the circus lot too flooded to set up equipment. Monday's performance was called off as well. Paid ticket holders for today's performances at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. to benefit the Florida Agricultural Museum can obtain refunds where they purchased their tickets
