Robert, nice looking layout. I have one question. Why did the living trailers park so far from the back door. I've seen pictures of European and English shows parked the same way. Is it a fire code there?
Mr. Perry, I would like to compliment the appearance of your show on the lot. A lot of pride can be seen taken in your set-up.
To Anon: It was explained to me by a European performer that in great contrast to some stateside shows, Europeans like the lot itself to be a showplace. Many of them line up trucks and trailers with near-military precision, even on difficult grounds. No trash is allowed to be seen. Manure piles and supply stacks are cleaned up, or kept from public sight. A number of circuses there construct attractive fencing around the entire lot to further enhance the appeal of their operation. Fire ordinances or no, their appearance codes are their own, and to be admired.
What a great looking lot
No mud anywhere how unique
Looks like a newer set of middles
for ring 2 (brighter colors)
Might this be a 40 meter top
with 12 meter middles
Does Michael Edgely still
produce productions there
I worked on 2 shows he presented
in Sydney many years ago
Best
Chic
not to sure i think most shows in australia do the same another thing i would like to mention that my Brother Alby Made the tent
& also all our cage trailers the vinal big top had steel cable all way through it and he made it while we were still showing
