Actress Betty Hutton doubled for trapeze star LaNorma in this movie. She did Norma's talking and acting parts. (LOL)

In which Holly learns she is like champagne, only later to be told "even zee blonde bubbly kind goes flat...very queekly."

Angel, on the other hand, was like cognac, "All fire in zee glass." Angel won that one.

But Holly was smart--she followed what many old circus mamas told their daughters: "Marry the owner, or marry the manager--never a performer."
