The cage wagons behind Jacobs may be the originals from which Disney reconstructed replicas in the 1950s. Originating with Golden Bros. or its predecessor, they went from George Christy's 1925-1926 Lee Bros. to 1936 Ken Maynard, then to United Tent & Awning and then on to Disney. They're now in Baraboo, one rebuilt back to circus form, as seen on Golden Bros., the other still wearing Disney-applied baubles.
These cages could also be the ones used on Lee Bros that were built here in Beaumont, Texas by Tom Tucker at the Gates handle factory and later used by Cole-Beatty when Adkins and Treerll bought alot of the Christy equipment in 1935.
