The way your Dad put that, surly could be put to use a lot these days.
I wonder if the tractor pulled the steam calliope in all the Robbins parades.
That elephant George turned bad in the manner of most Asian males - - natural behaviour but "bad" from the circus standpoint.
Bill Rhodes told me he once saw a heavily chained male being unloaded in Lousville (from a rail car I think he said) to be taken to the Cole WQ there. I figure it must have been George.
From what Bill said I gathered that the bull did not arrive with the rest of the circus but had been kept somewehre else while the show was on the road.
