Good photo of Mike Rice.
In 1972,Mike trained my baby elephant,Wimpy,fresh off the boat from Thailand. He did a terrific job!!!
I brought Hugo Schmitt to see Mike and Wimpy in action.
Afterwards,Hugo told me that Mike had "great elephant training instincts".
Wimpy is now owned by Carson & Barnes and is a proven breeder as well as an excellent ride and act elephant.
