The temple auditorium in Columbia wasn't that bad. The structural steel was just above the suspended ceiling so it was relatively easy to make sure you had enough tiles out of the way. The problem in Columbia was the lack of anchor points for guylines and there was just enough space to make it impractical to dead hang. Also it was a little low. If you look at the webs, theose are normal 32 -33 foot webs and you can see how much is on the ground. Still, the date was a favorite on our route, always had great crowds, and a great temple to work with.

Hated the few times I had to
hang stuff through suspended
ceilings as the tiles could
come down during performance
with any forceful movement on
any of the aerial rigging
Messy & freightening
Hanging Elvin's junior cannon
in Circus Circus Reno was one
of the most unpleasant jobs
